Working with a personal trainer should be fun, creative and inspirational. Whether you are looking to build muscle, lose weight or complete a 10km race I have the experience and motivation to help you achieve your goals.
Sport led me into my interest in Health, Fitness and Wellbeing and I participated in Athletics at an international level. I have also played rugby, cricket and golf at a regional level or above. Since graduating from the UK’s premier sports and fitness university, Loughborough, I have been working in Central London as a Personal Trainer, Nutritional Advisor and as a consultant for brands such as Nike, Canterbury of New Zealand, Technogym and
Pineapple Fitness. I have also enjoyed work as a sports scientist for Lucozade Sport. As a personal fitness and wellbeing coach I have particular interests in core stability training, safe and controlled weight loss, body toning and sports specific coaching.
On a lighter note and away from the gym, I also perform a comedy dance routine with a friend from British Athletics, Liam Collins. The act is called Faces of Disco and we are currently auditioning for Britains Got Talent Series 3…watch this space! So don’t be alarmed if I moonwalk during the personal training session!
